He is the founder and Country Director of the Health Home Initiative (HHI).He is the head of the secretariat and seats on the Board of directors Committee as a founder representative. He is a clinician by profession and the Director of National Institute of Medical Records and Information Management (NIMRIM).Mr. Simon is endowed with a vision to see vulnerable communities accessing quality health care and social services.

MR. Ronald Ssenfuka
Ronald is a social worker by professional, human rights advocate and development specialist. He has five years of experience serving in the nonprofit sector. He possesses skills in project planning, designing, implementation, monitoring and evaluation. He coordinates all activities and programs of the Health Home Initiative (HHI) and responsible for partnership and networking establishment, and engages in organization resource mobilization. Through his wide experience Ronald believes that creating a change in people’s lives requires concerted efforts of all stakeholders.
MONITORING AND EVALUATION OFFICER
Godfrey is a social Worker by professional and an advocate for the plight of marginalized groups of people in Uganda. He is the Monitoring and Evaluation officer of The Health Home Initiative with over 6 years working experience in the NGO world, serving in the same position. He possesses skills in strategic project planning and management, monitoring and Evaluation that are relevant to institutional development.
He is enthusiastic to come up with new modalities of data collection, analysis, presentation and storage. Mr. Nsubuga Godfrey is an active participant in laying viable strategies for HHI effective resource mobilization and management. He saying “Monitoring and Evaluation are a basis for planning and development”.
MR. Anthony Gubira is the technical ICT systems Manager of the Health Home Initiative (HHI). He is qualified in Managing Information Systems and an alumni of the Greenwich College East London. He is skilled and missioned to promote usage of ICT in the organization as a strategy that will give a platform to share information worldwide. He believes that there is a very big linkage between ICT and development and therefore committed to serve without any reservation to achieve this vision. He has a very strong conviction that “Nothing about us without us”
FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION
Mr. Mugaya Zabuli Abdallah
He is the head of Finance and Administration for Health Home Initiative (HHI).He has served in the same
position with several Non -government Organizations and experienced in accounting and auditing. He is an
alumni of the Institute of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and agrees with other
professional accountants that accountability and integrity are fundamental factors for proper utilization of
resources. In his capacity he has supported HHI in building strong financial systems such as financial policy,
accounting systems, procurement and logistics guidelines which have successfully contributed to proper
Daniel is the assistant accountant to the Finance and administration of The Health Home Initiative (HHI).He ensures that all the financial systems and procedures are followed according to the public accounts standards. He professional accountant with a CPA certificate from the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda (ICPAU) and has served Warid Telecom in the department of finance and marketing

Annet is a social worker by professional and the Public Relations Oficer of the Health Home Initiative(HHI) and speaks on behalf of the organisation. She has experience of 3 years serving with several Non government organisation and therefore has key skills such as interpersonal communication,public relations and an understanding of social work and adminstration.She believes in information sharing and passionate about creating a sustainable change through partnership.
